Communication skills are playing an essential role in enhancing team coordination and
understanding between employees in the workplace. The essential motive behind
developing such professional skills is to resolve technical issues within the organisation.
Communication skills help in providing an appropriate flow of information within the
organizational manager through which they can make effective decisions which will lead
to productive result for the organisation. Let's take an example, I am working in the IT
sector where I am performing as a software developer and it is my duty to analyse all the
aspects such as software equipment related to software development which always helps
me in enhancing business performance. As it is essential to develop communication and
technical skills which will help in enhancing the efficiency and performance of an
individual at the workplace.

references which are given in this article is stating on the techniques of Bayesian machine
learning and the proposed article providing all the information regarding the machine
learning in different industries of Australia. As per my opinion, there is a misconduct

universities. The essential motive behind identifying the academic references is to
analyze the misconduct activities as per the section 3.9 policies of universities. The
reference which is used in this article is not appropriate and if any student tries to perform
such misconduct activity than he may be liable for punishments as per the rules and
policies of the universities. Such type of mistakes can lead to the process of an allegation
of cheating in the examination.
