Professional skills in information communication technology

Part A: Justification
1. Describe an example where you used listening and verbal communication skills
effectively:
Communication skills are an important part in an organization that is useful for the future
progress of an employer. It helped in the group discussion and in the meeting of the
management. By developing the communication skills, I can easily communicate with the
colleges and can participate in the presentation of the organization. It helps to manage the work
frequently and can chat with the client flexibly.
2. How did you use reading skills to effectively develop an academic document? Provide an
example:
Academic document is a part of the reading skills that develop the document by dividing it into
four parts, these are skimming, scanning, summarizing and read the details. These strategies are
used in the previous assignment 3, to develop a report on academic document. In the initial step,
follow the term skimmed by select the whole text. The selection of complete text helps to get an
idea from the document on the particular topic. The next step is used to scan the information in
the text form to summarize the main idea and in the last part, read all the details that helps to
create an academic document.
3. Provide an example of using your teamwork skills and interpersonal skills in this unit.
Provide specific examples of each skill set:
The presentation required the skill of teamwork and interpersonal that we discuss in last
assignment 2. Before start and plan a presentation, it is required to made efforts for organize the
meetings, present the ideas, divide the works in the groups and the team leader or the manager
have to manage the complete process with implementation the initial step and idea. These
meetings are works on the planning with using the various methods of communication.
4. Provide an example of an assessment task or an activity in this unit that helped you to
understand ethical behaviours, and/or social, privacy and legal aspects of the ICT domain:
Blockchain techniques were introduced in previous assignment 3, as it used in the field of e-
commerce. It provides the solution of various types of ethical problems like social consideration,
legal and ethical. Some of the problems can be resolved with only the recommendations or just
to provide some concerns. ITC domain required some code of behaviour and ethics that I was
emphasized and follow in an ITC domain.

5. How did you use the diversity and intercultural competency skills to work with staff
and/or students from different cultures? Use example/s from COIT20249:
Week 10 contains the importance of diversity and skill of competency of intercultural work with
staff or with the students who are belongs from the different cultures. So the difference between
them is a part of week 10. It provides the ability to the students so they can communicate easily
and see the things of different cultural in some multiple perspectives. It also includes skills and
knowledge that accepted globally and adapt some extra practices and behavior to perform an
event in belongs to different culture.
6. Describe an example of a communication and collaboration technology you learned in
COIT20249. Briefly explain how your selection could be used in an organisation:
Web 2.0 technology is used for the communication and collaboration of the techniques. I learned
this technique and is used in most of the organization for the communication. It also has the
facility to send the read the text that user tweets on the internet. Twitter is a platform that helps
the user to develop business challenges with provides feedback and reviews. It also develops the
visual branding with the creation of conversation list and resolves the client’s problems.
7. Describe how you learned to evaluate ICT technologies to improve organisational
communication processes. Give an example of an assignment/topic and the technology from
COIT20249:
ICT techniques, web 2.0 used to share the information on the internet as well as used to create it
also. It enables the events of the website by share the contents of the website. A change in the
organizational environment by the common understanding and business innovation is provided
by the practices of the modern ITCs. ITC has various ideas that can be implemented in an
organization for making a change.

Part B: Feedback
A brief reflection on your plans for improving 2 skills as identified in Part B of your PA 1
assessment:
Required to improve the communion skill in the way of verbal and interpersonal form, that is the
necessary term for the management of an organization. The performance is an unclear way and
non-professional. I am able to achieve that skill and objectives for my improvement by enrolling
in the course. These skills and objectives help me to become a professional employee and
businessman. There are different advantages of better communication in an organization.
One thing you liked about this Unit plus reasons:
This unit provides me with a significant material that can be used in the flawless investigation
and also useful in inappropriate identification. It provides a way of critical thinking with the
understanding of high level thinks and can analyze research papers.
One suggested an improvement to the Unit plus justification:
Increase the way of communication so can communicate with each of student. An available
number of the quiz is less, compare to the size of course and number of students so it is required
to increase the number of quizzes. These play an important role in the personality development
of a person.
