ORGANIZATIONAL FIT IN COLES SUPERMARKETS
The strength of the person depends on the integrity of learning strategy and his
experience and the willingness to continue with the job. The presenter must be quite
motivated in this field of work and as well as there are certain categories that needs to be the
highlighted and needs to looked upon. The presenter should be much eager to take up the job.
A serious approach must be kept that will keep the person focused in his work and will
definitely highlight his mode of work (Vij & Bedi, 2016). He should be a quick learner,
which will enhance his mode of work and will keep others motivated as well. He is well
aware of his surrounding and the environment he will working. Thus the presenter will be
competent in accessing information and also beliefs in the true and established and doesn’t
focus on anything hypothetical and doesn’t rely on the rumors, thus person may seem fit for
being fit working the company (Rahimi, 2017). The person will be focusing on the various
mode of the action that can be taken to complete the tasks as required and the achiever who
completes one task must feel quite satisfied when he ]finishes his task and alongside the
presenter must of strong will power and have to determined that will help him to complete his
ask fast with precision and accuracy thus the amount of the work delivered by the person will
be ample and the company will be able to sustain much for the hard work of the person as
well and make profit out of it. Thus, the wok will be not only effective but also will be error
free (Seo, Lee & Moon, 2016). The presenter having the capability to be able to maintain his
characteristics will be enough to make his interaction on and his experience in the work place
better. It will help the person to develop good bond among the customers and the staffs in the
store, this will help the work in the sore enjoyable and will help developing approach in the
workplace. Networking skills of the presenter seems to be at par also, which will contribute

in the mode of the work and increase in having customer satisfaction. The person having in
good interpersonal behavioral skills may boost his working ability as well, as he will be
interacting with many customers and maintaining decency will grant him the same which will
keep him happy and he will work enjoyable (Anitha, 2016). Companionship is another
quality of the person that the company tends to take interest in, as the company emphasizes a
lot in the customer satisfaction maintaining end-to-end satisfied outcome. The ability of the
presenter to make others feel safe and comfortable is the most important factor that the
company takes interest in. Hence, the presenter seems fit for working in the company as long
he keeps his principles and integrity of work intact and abide by the rules and the policies of
the company (Sisson & Adams, 2013).
SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENT
The presenter seems to be too much motivated and aspires to be perfectionist. Thus he
is willing to take extra work load, and hence the entire work that is granted to him, may not
be completed perfectly and he willing to complete more tasks in a short period of time, will
make him. Thus the problem may arise that the company may face complexities and
complaints from the higher officials as well as the colleagues so that the person may be
helpful and also tries to understand the problem of others. He may work alone and may be
efficient but he needs to work in the company with a team (Khaola & Sebotsa, 2015). He
must be a team man first and then dedicate his labor in his work place therefore the factor of
the smooth functioning of the company can only be maintained if the person works I a team
and is willing to help others and rather only selfishly concentrating on his work only and not
thinking about others. Also the presenter has the tendency of setting high life expectations
and also putting the his expectations in the course of his works, therefore if he does not match
up to his expectations then will be very demotivating for the person to work efficiently and he

will be consumed by the depression which will cause in losing his motivation to work hard
(Tseng & Wu, 2014). The person needs to understand his need in the company and not only
keep on working without keeping an open mind, he must be easily approachable and be able
to help others as well. Similarly he must be able to seek help whenever he is in self-doubt or
not able to understand the problems, or having problem facing the difficulty or analyzing the
task. He must seek help without wasting time or keep the customer waiting (McDonald,
2017).

the paper. Several criteria has been discussed in the company that will be beneficial, hence
the requirements of the company has been discussed as well as the mode of the work of the
presenter that is expected is also highlighted keeping the preference of the company as the
