The process when two or more people or two or more organizations who are working
together in order to complete achieve a goal or complete work is termed as collaboration,
Therefore, the key to resolving the conflict is a collaboration (Lee, Huh & Reigeluth, 2015).
Collaboration can be compared with cooperation. In most of the cases, collaboration requires
leadership. However, it should be noted that the form of leadership in order to attain leadership is
associated both with centralized and the egalitarian group as well. The teams who work together
by collaborating with each other are said to achieve greater success than the people who do not
collaborate. The collaborating teams attain greater success as well s rewards and recognition
from another team as well. The two methods of successful collaboration are introspection and
communication. Both the methods that are mentioned objective is to increase the success rate of
the team so that both the teams can engage in the collaborative process of problem-solving. In
the applied sense, collaboration can be said as a relationship in which both parties have attained a
relationship that is purposeful, where all the parties involved together plan to strategically select
a task and also decide to cooperate so that both parties can achieve a desired for the same. Most
of the collaboration According to him, collaborating is the process in which both parties try to
find a win-win situation in order to completely satisfy the other people's concerns. Thomas-
Kilmann has developed a conflict model in order to resolve conflict. He explains that there are
five modes pf conflict handling, and collaborating is one among them. According to him
