a vital role with the government bodies and
liaising with educational psychologists, outside
agencies etc. I am nursery assistant so that I
need to supports disable children and gives
surety to keep records of all students with
SENCO up to twenty-four hours. I coordinate
with SENCO in Early Year so that they can
liason with parent
Key person Key persons are professionals whose
knowledge, skills, experience are important to
financial process of business. Regular
feedbacks are delivered to their parents
(Easley, 2017). He/she aims at child's interest
that he would enjoy to progress in the future. I
work as nursery assistant at Early year with
Key persons and provide financial structure to
them related to parents.
Early Years Teachers Early Year Teacher are professionals who
teaches lessons and participates in activities
(Fitzgerald and Radford, 2017). They
encourage creativity which does not rely on
expression and thought process. I work as
nursery assistant with Early years Teachers
and support childhood development. Various
activities are performed by teachers in which I

Early Years Professional Early Year Professional are professionals who

discover, assess and plan necessary activities
and provide learning to children. Regular
observations and photos are taken as evidences
to modify better understanding of practitioner
with respect to child's individuality. I work
with Early Years as nursery assistant and work
for children to attain the highest standard of
learning and meet development goals. I make
programs for Early Year professionals and
create activities in Early Year Professionals for
the assessment of children's development. I
plan weekly in seven areas of Early Year
Sector in which every activity or experience
correspond to another. These plans regulated
have are properly governed under my
guidance.
School Teacher School teacher provide help to others in
acquiring competencies, knowledge or values
and gives presentations and teaches every
subject to student. I work as nursery assistant
with School Teacher of Early Years. (Heath,
2017) and provide help to School teacher
regarding presentations and knowledge and
then I look into the problems and find some
solutions. I help in understanding lessons with
School teachers and nurture their behaviour

Social Worker Social worker are professionals who helps
individuals, families and groups of people
facing challenging times. They address clients
in order to resolve crises (Ogden, 2018). They
often support unhealthy groups and teach them
behaviour so that patients can get on track. I
work as nursery assistant with Early Year and
helps Social workers in addressing their
problems. Through these social workers I get to
know real issues and orient their problems so
that better decision can be made.
Family Support Worker Family Support Workers are professionals who
deliver assistance and social services to
children and families when they require and
support families in difficulties and try to keep
them together. Their primary concern is to take
care of children whose parents are much
supportive. I work as nursery assistant with
family support worker and consult those
families who are fighting with domestic
violence and mental illness. I deliver assistance
to family support worker of these families who
require help in difficult situations.
Health Visitor Health visitors are mainly midwives or nurses
who are curious to promote secured lifestyles. I
am nursery assistant in nursery setting with
Early Sector and assess health needs and make
sure that children have the best start in lives. I
am a nurse assistant of Early Year Sector and I

am interested in the health issues of families. I
advise health visitor and promote activities
related to betterment of health.
Speech and Language Therapist These are professionals who provide support,
treatment and care to adults and children who
possess difficulties with communication, with
swallowing or eating (Payne, 2015). Thus, they
help people for psychological and physical
reasons. I work as a nursery assistant at Early
Year Sector. Working with speech and
language therapist is pleasure to me and I
provide help to children who suffers from
dyslexia. I aid with therapist and guide people
who possess problems in conveying language.
Therapist and I become intermediator for these
type of people.
Dieticians Dieticians are professionals who recognize
nutrition problems in patients and developing
diet plans. I work as nursery assistant with
Dieticians of Early Year and helps in Operating
consultancy practices where I promote health
and prevent diseases. I deliver basic food
knowledge to Dieticians and all apply rules
relevant to cleanliness.
Educational Psychologists Educational Psychologists are professionals
who answer questions from parents and support
local authority and schools and help young
people to attain their full potential by
improving their experiences in teaching
(Roberts, 2016). I am nursery assistant in Early

Year with Educational Psychologists and
observe children who need help in psychology.
I help Educational psychologists them
mentally in dealing with personal issues of
families Thus, my main motto is to improve
their mental growth with respect to living.
Child psychiatrist Child psychiatrist are professionals who
diagnoses emotional problems and mental
illness in adolescents and children (Udoh and
Sanni, 2015). I work as a nursery assistant with
child psychiatrist and give my best in
developing plans related to psychotherapy,
psychoanalysis and medication. I help child
psychiatrist in knowing their issues and
problems and like this they have diagnosed
many problems like, mental illness,
unconsciousness etc.
Counsellors Counsellors are professionals who help clients'
experiences to revert in their earlier
experiences and explore how they influence
their present situation (Watson and et.al.,
2014). They have a helping approach, which
enlightens intellectual and emotional
experience. I am nursery assistant in Early year
and work with its counsellors and help in
discovering problems and experiences of future
clients. Like this, I resolve the issues of
teenagers as well as adults and try to provide
them a better life.
