Introduction
This is the storyboard assessment which consists of the conversation between the user and
system of the college. Here the college is present which have the system for enrolment of the
student in the particular courses. Here the conversation is present and according to the
conversation, there is the need of the user is explained with the help of mock-ups. The step by
step mockups is present which will show the conversation of the user and system. There is
about the drill down a report which will show the course name, course code and the number
of students enroll I that course. This helps the user to choose the course like when the user
will click on the course name the user will show the names of the student which are enrolled
in that and also the user can contact to that student through mail Id.

Here the user is new to the system therefore the user have to fill the details asked by the
system such as username, password, email, mobile number these all need to be fill so that the
student can be the member of the system and later he or she just have to login into the system
and this will help the user and tutor to just upload the assessment for the student and the
student can take the assessment from the system and this will be helpful for the student to
submit the assessment and can view the grades of the assessment (Carson, 2019).

Once the user completes the through the registration process now the system will ask for
more proceeds that the user want to a procedure or not the system will ask in such way that
the system will display the register, login, fee payment, and View grades, update profile, etc.
In the above conversation, the user wants to log in, before login the user will come across
many options such as to register, login, fee payment, View grades, update profile, etc. and
here the user is a student. He wants to login into the system assuming that student has already
registered. Now student wants to login into the system he or she has to fill the provided
credential at the time of registration. Once the student fills with the credential he or she will
be notified on Email for using the system. If the credential matches with the database then the
student will see the page of welcome to the University of Melbourne, otherwise, the student
will get the message wrong userID or password. Once the student enters in the system he or
she will get many options. And the student can update the things or can view anything
(Sunistyowati, S. 2019, pp 155-163).

ask for the course code to view marks. When the user will enter the course, the course is
present in the university and also the student enrolled in that particular course then the system
will display the grade of that course. And if the course code is wrong there will be a message
that the code is not valid or the code is wrong, therefore the user can’t enter any code only the
defined code need to be entered by the user. This will help the student to get the grades and
will help to improve the grades in future and he or she will able to keep track of the grades to
make the course stronger (Agarwal, 2019).

Once the user completes the process to view the course the system will ask for more proceeds
that the user want to proceed or not the system will ask in such way that the system will

page, so that it will be helpful for the user to use it. Now in this conversation, that system is

here the user wants to know how much the student has paid or the particular course. So for
that, the user will click on the fee payment button to which he will be notifying the payment
of the particular course. The student will be asked to fill the details that are course code to
know that payment of the course. The student will enter in the particular course by entering
the course code of the course too. View the payment. Once the course code is entered the
system will rectify the code and if the code which was entered by the user got in the database
of the system, it will be displayed on the screen of the web page and if the code does not
match there will be message printed that code does not exist or the code is not valid and there
will be an option for the user to enter the code by clicking on the button of retry or the user
can cancel to view the payment of the course (Sunistyowati, S. 2019, pp 155-163).

System: What you want to update?
User: I want to add alternative E-mail Id

profile button there will be box pop up and in this there will be the photo of the student
present and some details are present such as there will be personal detail with the name of
student, the mobile number of the student so that if the student forgets the password the OTP
can come on the registered mobile number, there will be E-mail option present in the profile
and to its next the option will be of alternative mail Id because sometimes the mail Id
password can forget by the student or the mail is not receiving because of the technical issues
in that mail Id so there can be any reason for the student to not get the mail and if the student
not get the mail he or she will not be notified when he or she entered into the website, he or
she will not be able to get notify of the course or the assessment which are uploaded on there
dashboards so this might be risk for the student that he or she may not see the assessment and
might get failed because the teacher has allotted but the completion was not done by student
or anything can happen. Therefore there is necessary to provide the alternative E-mail id so
that if there is some problem on the mail the teacher can upload on next Id so that the student
does not miss any kind of assessment in their college (Kim, 2019 pp. 186-193)

Once the user completes the process to update the profile now the system will ask for more

she has enrolled. Therefore the system will ask for the year and the year which the user can
enter is the day he enrolled year and till the present year. Now here when the student entered
the year there will be list occur to which the student can see the courses scheduled in that
particular year with the details of the course name and the course code so it will be easy for
the student to see the course which he has studied or will study (Sunistyowati, S. 2019, pp 155-
163).

In the above drill down there is the monthly enrolment in the system which shows the course
name, course code and the number of students enroll in it. When the user will click on any
courses name then the course will switch to the new screen and will display the number of
student enrol in that course with their student id, student name and the email of student so
that if any new student is confused in the options of the courses the student can contact with
the one who is studying that course or why they have chosen that course so this will help the
new student to select the courses.

Conclusion
The above storyboard was for one actor that is student who can do the various kind of things
that have explained by the help of Mock-ups ad the mock-up built is the with the help of tool
known as balsmiq, this helps for the user interface to view the application scenario and this
work as the prototype for the developer. This was the easiest explanation of the use case there
can be different actors function also can be performed here the actor is a student can all the
functionality have been explained in detail. This will help the person to understand the use
case and its functionalities.
