This SIPOC diagram is meant to serve the Colonial Municipal Council through the
guidance of its activities, the people connected to the organization and the outcome of the
organization. There are many processes involved in this organization that include the
Application submission, the site inspection, technical review, officer in charge, planning
committee, and the permit issuing. The initial process in the application submission, where
the customers are required to present their applications to the organization for reviewing their
plan to carry out a given construction activity (Simon, 2010). After the reviewing of the
applications, the committee will review it and identify the site expected for construction, and
then it will have several inspections on the site to ensure that it is okay and it can support the
planned process. The inspection will be extensive, and it will involve several parties to ensure
the effectiveness of work.

The following procedure will involve the technical review, where this committee will
ensure that I carry out a proper review on the technical details involved within the application
form concerning the building to be constructed to make sure that it is to a good quality. It will
review how this technical condition of the building is positively related to the site condition
(Trkman, 2010). After the completion of the review, the technical team will prepare a
detailed report and send it to the IT team for production and attachment to the case files.
The next process will be the officer in charge process, where the committee will be in
charge of analyzing the BD, and AL reports to ensure a complete match of these reports.
Once the analysis ends and there is a confirmation that all details are available, the committee
prepares the OIC Report that is meant for the planning committee. The following procedure
known as the planning committee process involves a review of the prepared OIC report and
the issued case file for the preparation of a final report (Jeston & Nelis, 2014). The final
process is the permit issuing process where a permit is issued to the customers to allow them
to proceed with the construction plan. This is after the confirmation that everything is in place
and okay.
The inputs involve for this committee are Applications, Street plans, Case files, and
Survey plan, which undergoes the stated processes to give, Processing report, OIC Report,
and Approval or rejection letters. The customers connected to this organization are
Constructors, Engineers, and Area inspectors.
