Colonization is most common in many countries. Colonization is the practice
of either settling or establishing mechanism and control over people who are
indigenous to a certain area or country. In 1788, the British treated Australia as a
colony for settlement. The land belonging to Aboriginal was taken over. The
people who did all these were the British colonists. The only way of establishing
a colony was to persuade the indigenous occupants to give in themselves to their
overlordship by either purchasing from those already existing occupants to settle
at least share or shares of it.
Convicts and free settlers are the first processes that took place during
colonization. The Bellona transport is believed to have brought the very first free
immigrant settlers into the country. The conditions they had were that they were
supposed to be provided with a free channel. Besides, the government had to
furnish them with agricultural tools and has grants of lands with free expenses.
This leads to the first phase of Aboriginal history. Exploration is the second
process. Aboriginal assistance and guides in the exploration of European’s colony
were often and common especially in the regard of mission's success. This leads
to a phase of invasion in the history of Aboriginal. The growth of free settlement
is another process of colonization. Under this Process, Aboriginal who was
traditional in the society was governed by the council of elders. The decision-
making process was incorporated. The land was occupied by many settlers
without any authority. This process had to bring in the phase of Genocide. This
the third phase of Aboriginal history. The timeline is another process of
colonization. Under this Process, same timelines with that of North Australia

were used. This leads to the phase of protection in the history of Aboriginal.
Another process is the economy and Trade. Imports from the Republic of England
were mainly relied on by the colonies. The colonies used British pound as their
official currency. Rum was also used as unofficial currency. All these processes
of currency lead to assimilation. Religion, culture, and education. Under this
process, the indigenous people had done a number of rituals and rites. Christianity
was first felt in Australia when the first British stepped in. Church of England was
the first Christian denomination. Catholic Church was also advised to attend the
church of England. The children, as well as orphans, were also raised in the
church. At first, education was considered to be informal, basically done at
home. An independent school was built after the British prime minister ordered to
be built as a way of establishing grammar within the country. The European
traditions were also brought about the influence of the first fleet. All these later
bring in the effect of self-determination. Everyone had a chance to define
themselves. Aboriginal resistance is another process of colonialism. Aboriginals
had to react gradually to the sudden arrival of British colonists. The situation was
often felt with hostile when there is competition over scarce resources. This led to
reconciliation.
The development of a sustainable and robust indigenous economy in the contemporary
era is very essential for realizing independent communities and facilitating sustainable or
determining futures as well as closing the gap. In connection with indigenous individuals, the

rule of self-determination, very many more indigenous people than ever are always looking
forward to achieving economic independence by always working extra hard to contribute to
the existing economy through the founding of the indigenous businesses. The finding shows
that the latest growth in the indigenous business category has been affected by a number of
factors. These factors include the following:
Indigenous people who are always seeking options to the traditional form of
employment so that they can provide needs to both families and communities.
Local businesses were developed to deliver required services surrounding their local
communities.
Raises accessibility to government-financed programs that increase the development
of indigenous economic development.
Private and government sector has to play a vital role so that they can continue to support the
growth of the indigenous business.
Generate a comprehensive course of action considered suitable to the culturally diverse
business environment, (from aboriginal perspective), and provide justification for the
proposed course of action
In addition to the above evidence we are likely to find many people benefiting from
business's achievements, and by recommendation, there must be teamwork when it comes to
workplace diversity. (Dietz, 2017)By that, it should be made clear to the employees that
when it comes to promoting the diverse environment in the workplace, then it should the first
priority. Since it aids in making it possible to create a start-up business based on creativity
and innovation.

Administration should be able to set a small team that will be able to assist the new
employees to actively get involved and fully integrated into the company norms and culture,
to some extent the familiarization to the company culture may come naturally but despite
that, it is very advantageous to create open communication lines which are flexible and open
at all-time where issues can be addressed without negative criticism, this method will
enhance communications amongst the employees, and hence it is effective for teamwork
building and creation of partnership.
In spite, of the above course of action mentioned above we have another one of which
is comprehensive enough for team building, which is developing a learning and development
program aimed at building relationship and skill, this is inclusive of rewards to the employees
based on their work performance, as per the human resource council, employees training is
the sole role of the organization, and the role of the management is to ensure that they make
available the necessary resources and conducive environment for that to take place, and to
support individual employees growth and development within and outside the organization
(Mertens, 2018)
The organization should make sure that the business environment includes the disable
members at all level of their organization including the managerial positions and the c-suit.
Their obligation should be both within the organization and out of the organization, their
communications should factor in everyone in the organization, and they should be able to
provide training on issues relating to the disability in their workplace. This is effective when
it comes to helping the disabled feel comfortable in their work environment and not
resentment and discrimination from other work colleagues.
In conclusion, economic activity can be affected by culture through the options that
individuals make in order to allocate the available scarce resources. This will lead to

optimized problems in the allocation of resources. Biases always affect economic activity
since one's making the decision always do it on their favor. Self-concept also influences
economic activity. This is because most people are self-esteemed. All these issues which
affect economic activity should be avoided for better economic development.
