Scope Overview
The scope is based on working over the planning of a parade to welcome the different troops that
are returning from Iraq. With this, there is a proper project management competency with time
management so that there are no issues related to the attacks etc.
Business objectives
The teams have come forward to plan the event. With this, there is a proper fund raising which is
a major part of the project.
Milestones
There are fundraising events, with the proper communication with the other stakeholders who
could work on the planning and offer or ask for assistance as well. The challenges are the lack of
money in a frame of time to complete the project. The project team face the challenges with the
budgeting and the reimbursement where the city also could not handle the finance of the event.

transportations, where the soldiers with participate in the parade. The working with the city
policy for help in parking and easily handling the different issues that arise now. The
coordination with the city engineers is also for controlling the traffic lights. This will be
important for minimising the effects of the city traffic. A proper and a secured free food with
