Language lines solutions present itself online as an organization that enables
communication and empowers relationships. The organization says on its website that it offers
interpreters and that there is instant access to the interpreters. The site also promises to listen,
understand, and, and ask questions and put the customer as the priority. In this instance, we see
that the organization has sufficiently communicated what it entails, and what it offers. This way
clients visiting the site have a clear idea of the services provided. They highly value
communication, and therefore they present themselves as an organization that has excellent

The members of the Language Line services have sufficient resources that help them in

collaborating with his employees. These qualities have enabled him to create a successful
business. The other team leaders have great experiences as well meaning they can listen, respect
and collaborate with their employees (Hogan, Suellen and Leonard 1609-1621).
Do people use their time productively or are they bogged with inefficient procedures or
office politics?
The 9000 interpreters that are available at Language Lines Services work 24/7 meaning
that they are doing their job round the clock. The employees are not disturbed by other office
procedures unless they are significant. Therefore as long as they are on the work premises, they
are attending to the clients all the time and do not waste any minute. The only time they get a
