Communication is the process that has been followed within an organization to make
flow of information in efficient manner possible. This is considered as a act which makes
important information to be circulated form one place, group or person to another. Such element
makes task to be accomplished with more accuracy and also leads to development of
coordination between employees working in an organization. In this report Dream Air that is an
airline organization has held a meeting to address customers complain. Things to be covered is
based on theories of organizational communication, barriers in communication and strategies to
over come barriers has to be explained.

Constructivism Theory: This theory has been focusing over creating of abilities that
makes differentiation and makes people attain sense over a message which has to be
delivered to an person or individual. Main focus of such theory is to make person-
centered message (Ford and et. al., 2016).
Cognitive-Behavioral Theory: In such kind of theory an individual construe which
means that events and situation which mediates over behaviour in subsequent manner.
Also the theory is majorly focused over removing of irrational beliefs and promoting
strategies that makes cognitive restricting possible in effective manner.
Social Judgement Theory: Theory postulating that people respond to communication
with a latitude of acceptance, rejection, or non commitment. It has major element that
make importance of issue to be analysed first. Making people influence to certain point
only.
Theory of Reasoned Action: Theory that has been asserting behaviour which has been
predicting intentions that is related to behaviour. Such intentions has been making
prediction over behaviour which is shown by an person through nominal beliefs. Main
focus is to promote positive environment through motivation.
Social Learning Theory: Theory indicating that people learn not only from their own
experiences, but also by observing the actions of others and the consequences of those
