INTRODUCTION
Business communication is used in organisation for communicating all the business data and
information as well as policies and strategies that are being communicated from one person to
another within the business organisation. Effective communication is needed in all different
departments of organisation that helps business in reducing all the chances of issues and conflicts
that will result to the business operations and functioning in right direction. Business
communication is very important at the organisational level because without communication it is
very difficult to achieve the organisational objectives and goals as well. Within the business
communication is very important which is used to convey the strong messages about strategy,
clear, customer service and branding(Constantinescu and et.al., 2019). Business communication
basically act as the basis of co ordination and also the basis of business decision making as well.
In this report UK university is discussed with the barriers that its students are facing in returning
to their campus. Different theories and strategies that are needed to be implemented by the UK
university for overcoming these barriers are also discussed within this following report.

Business organisation needs various communication theories for the effective and
efficient communication processing within the business organisation. In business there are
various barriers or issues that are present in communication and because of this there is a need
for different strategies that need to be implemented within the business organisation. These
theories are explained below:
Aristotle’s Communication Model: It is effective communication theory that is used for public
speaking and it focuses on it rather than interpersonal communication. This model of was
introduced in 300 B.C by Aristotle. There are five components that are included in it and they are
speaker, audience speech, occasion and effect (Coombs., 2015). University needs to apply this
theory for developing clear and effective speech with great results and different effects. Speaker
plays essential role in public speaking. It is important for the university speaker to prepare
speech and analyse its audience for the speech delivery. There should be clear influence on the
minds of the people who are hearing the speaker of the university.

There are certain barriers which prevents students from returning to campus which are
defined into the following manner:
Motivation: It refers to the process which guides, initiates and also maintains the goal-
oriented behaviours as well. It is that kind of process which initiates, maintains and guides the
goal-oriented behaviours(Grant., 2016). After the post pandemic situation, it has been observed
that the level of motivation is almost finished when they have to return back for purpose of study
at university level. All the students have the habit of staying at home so they don't have
motivation level in order to continue their studies from the campus level.
Lack of previous knowledge: It basically refers to lack of prior relevant knowledge
which can impact the student learning. If students begins their course without the necessary prior
knowledge then they have difficulty in terms of making sense of course materials and fall behind
consequently as well. After the post pandemic situation it has been observed that mostly they
have studied from the online basis with minimum support of teachers then they can't make their
base strong in terms of particular concepts due to which they have resisted themselves to return
back to campus into positive manner.
Learning challenges: It basically refers to the individual output, input and internal
processing which is very inefficient. It typically causes overload and exhaustion from what
others see which is as the normal amount of work. The key to eliminate the learning challenge is
to identify the underlying causes as well. During the pandemic situation, students have to really
struggle for studying they have depend o the online classes and online tutorials as well
(Schoeneborn and et.al., 2020). This kind of difficulty lacks students in terms of practical
experience due to which they can’t get their basic clear into positive manner. This is the main
reason that they resist themselves in going out the university campus because they want to avoid
those practical experiences of learning because of laziness.
Learning environment: Students also resist from going to the university because in the
pandemic situation they have the habit to study from home basis due to which they don’t have
interest in terms of studying from campus. Students start feeling comfortable in their home
