Introduction:
The project is proposed for outlining the location of the construction site to develop the
commercial office to run a business. Proposed construction location is located at 10
Kumutoto, Wellington. It is the intersection point of city and port. The site is available on
behalf of redevelopment of the area. 5 floor building is going to be developed with the
excessive features of car parking in the ground level and composed with basic amenities
facilities (Ramanujan Education, 2016). Selection of site is done because of its prime location
and large area space which is having capabilities to develop a big 5 layered architecture for
running commercial business.

The purpose of this project is to guide the client about the features of the construction site and
measures the possible services provided. It helps in developing the contractual relationship

to the Australian labour laws. No deduction of payment will be done for authorised leave.
