Dear Madam,
I am Mr. Norton Daniels (Bookings Manager, Omega Hotel private Limited). I
have gone through your Booking details and have recently received a request for a change in
the bookings date. I am very sorry to inform you that we will be unable to process your
request as we have other bookings to honour.
Your earlier booking was done by me and as per our records the booking was
confirmed on 20th February to 25th February. As per your new request you now want to
change the date to 10th February to 15th February. We would have been pleased if we could
honour this request of yours. However, on the same days as requested by you, we have our
hands full as we have to honour other commitments and no rooms are available on the same
days. In case if you have the scope for bookings from 17th February onwards we can really
cater to the request. We can only cater to your request in case if any of the clients booked in
the requested date cancels his booking.
The chances of such cancellations must not be the basis of your request as it is
completely out of our hands and we cannot guarantee such a cancellation. Therefore we
request you to kindly confirm us your next step on whether you want to book at any other
date or totally cancel the bookings. We are again sorry for our helplessness and wish that you
go ahead with booking on any other date after the 17th of February.
