or individuals. The process of the negotiation can take place at any time during
the project development or implementation. The process of the negotiation are
of two types one is the formal process of negotiation another is the informal
process of negotiation. Different people are having different perspective on a
single matter then mainly the conflict occurs. Because of the conflict the
productivity and efficiency of the organization get affected. T is the job of the
project manager to mitigate the conflict between the individuals. For the
mitigation of the conflict the tools of the project management are used. The
company can get affected by the conflict with the stake holders in long term.

results in a negative way for the organization. Stakeholders are the integral part
for any organizations and it is necessary to maintain a good relationship with the
stakeholders. A good relation with the stakeholders results in beneficial for the
company. The company can grow in a long run with the help of the key
stakeholders.

There are so many consequences than can happen after the delay of projects.
The delay in the project delivery can see the relation gets hamper between the
project developers and the client. The more delay in the project happen the
more client will put pressure to the team. If this happen then most of the cases
the quality get compromised. During the development phase if the changes are
made frequently to the project plan then the development gets difficult for the
employees to asses and work as per the changed plan. In the warranty of the
product the liquid damage will not be given under consideration. All the
employees of the organization must be aware of the given contract so that the
employees are able to know that what they exactly have to do on the project.

developer and the client.

company. The project management must reduce the conflict between the
employees in order to get affective production. Several project management
tools are there to mitigate the conflicts between the departments and the
employees. Several ways are there to mitigate the conflict like to start a
competition between the individual who created the conflict, avoiding the
conflict and accommodation of the individuals.
