Organizational Culture and the proper functioning of an organization depends heavily
upon the effective leadership and also through efficient commitment building. The organizational
goal of building commitment is extremely important for its survival and also for the sake of
keeping both the customers and the employees in good humour, and for that to happen it is
extremely necessary that an effective leadership style id followed that shall ensure the delivery of
the service as per the expectations. Thus the fulfillment of the organizational commitment
happens through effective leadership style.
In this particular essay the focus of the discussion shall be based on two key questions
which shall be answered on the basis of a case study which shall be a description of which type
of decision making Buster engages in most often and an explanation of the how Buster's
behaviors show various commitments: to the customer, organization, co workers, and the task.
