The stakeholder analysis of My Health Record System is elaborated in this section of this
particular report. The stakeholder associated with this project of My Health Record are
differentiated in four types of categories based on their strength and their association in this
project like Internal-Operation, External-Operation, Internal-Executive and External-Executive.

The associated stakeholders of this particular project are described in the list below:
Stakeholder Description
Hospital Owners The owners and trustees of this hospital are considered as sole most
stakeholders who provide fund to the hospital and all other activities
related to maintain better infrastructure and providing better facilities to
the medical emergency patients. Therefore, they are considered as
external stakeholder of this project.
Board Of Directors For this project, Board of Directors are considered as external executive
as they are not related with various daily activities performed in the
organization. They become responsible for all necessary decisions taken
place for the organization’s benefits.
Medical Director (MD) The Medical Directors (MDs) maintained the rules and orders from
Directors in different hospital related issues. However, for any medical
emergency, MDs do consult with other specialized doctors to reach
conclusion about the patients’ course of treatment and their ways for
patients to get well soon.
System Administrator The system administrator of this project is considered as an internal
executive ‘My Health Record’ project.
Patients The admitted patients of this system are get directly associated with the
project are they are considered as one of the important stakeholder of this
project’s implemented system. They are considered as External-Executive
for the implementation of My Health Record.
Government The government is the one who would be funding for the implementation
of the system. This is because the system would help the mass of the

Australia and improve the overall health of the country.
Doctors The doctors are ones who are directly related to all operations, patients,
management personnel of ‘My Health Record’ project work. They are
selected to get in to the internal operational stakeholder portion of this
project work.
Nurses Nurses are selected as internal operations for My Health Record project.
After doctors, they are directly connected with both patients and doctors
every time and also guided the patients accordingly for better and quick
treatment. They also help the patients with the help of their proper
assistance. Hence, nurses are considered as Internal-Executive in this
implementation project.
Staffs Staffs are also directly associated with the implemented system as they
look after of the database management of all patients with all their details
both personal and health related. According to this, they are get identified
in internal-operations stakeholder of this project.
Set of Questionnaire
The set of questionnaire are prepared directing towards the patients. All these questionnaires will
helps for doing the development of this implemented Health System success in greater extent.
However, with the help of these set of questionnaires we will able to acquire the feedback
regarding the implemented system also able to understand if there are any changes needed to be
done in the system. Some of the 10 questions asked to patients for evaluations are listed below:

regarding this?

are something that you do not know about it?
