project will finish on Friday, 03 May 2019 assuming it starts on September 4, 2016.

According to the given crash time for the activities it is suggested that the company
should accept the challenge of finishing the stadium by May 1st as it could be completed
within 03 April 2019 assuming it starts on September 4, 2016.
2. Profit or loss
The company will be at profit by taking the challenge to complete the project by May
1st as there is a bonus payment of $20,000 per day if the stadium could be finished in time for
the World Cup qualifying Tournament. The company will make money from this project
hence it is suggested that the company should take the project.
