and managers to analyse the purpose and vision of business and then formulate a strategy for the
business communication accordingly. This helps in elimination of ambiguity and confusion
among employees and also facilitates flexible flow of vital information on timely basis across
different departments. As per Nagle and Müller (2017), The strategy needs to coordinated with
various principles that are responsible to govern different processes in the business environment

provide clarity of objectives that are associated with exchanging data and adaptability in
presence of national diversities and linguistic that exist in the organisation. Along with them
some other principle can be related with flexibility of communication mediums that deliver

the business that have resulted in unfavourably impact upon the experience of the customers fro
the services that are being delivered by enterprises. Sport Love is staffed for 24 hours and
operations in the company take place in three shifts. One of the biggest issue found in the
organisation is the diverse workforce that have different set of national backgrounds. That
depicts that the business comprises of employees with various culture that can give rise to the
possibilities of conflicts and conflicting opinions. Therefore it is analysed that the workforce is
multilingual which involves that the first language of the employees is not necessary English that
can give rise to misunderstandings and because of the same there is operational inefficiency in
the communication process.

improvement in them within due course time. For my evaluation, I have realised that the manner
in which I tends to write in relation with the corporate business documents. I have been writing
in form of short statements that can be easily understood by anyone. Along with it I tend to write
in the descriptive form after analysing the subject matter deeply. The information that are
mentioned by me in the paper are specific and I tend to ignore using certain controversial
thoughts in the writing in order to eliminate the chances of conflicts. Due to the relevancy of data
that are being presented by me in the business meeting are regarded and praised by my
colleagues and other members of the team.
It is often been pointed out by my college that irrespective of the precision and relevance
that are being presented by me in business report and presentations. I often lack to include
analyses the competitors within the entity. That is because of the lack of suitable skills such as
oral skills it have been pointed out by my team members and colleagues that I am sometimes not
able to deliver information in an effective oral format in the business environment. I have not
been able to use certain things such as voice inflexion and voice modulation that can draw stress
upon major concern of the subject matter.
Moreover with my tactical skills, I use different verbal communication styles such as
facial expressions, body movement and eye contact. That tends to gain everyone attention in the
meeting. That tends to help me in overcoming the issues related with oral from of
