BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
INTRODUCTION
Business communication is process of sharing information between all people within
inside and outside of organization. Communication is very important that flow in
organization effectively. This process helps in establish coordination between all
members and motivate them for increase profit and productivity.
Sri Lanka is favoured destination among all tourist and terrorist attack on that place so
director opened new resort and promote it. This poster will be cover challenges in
effective communication, strategies for overcome barriers and awareness of cultural
influence on communication.
Many types of barriers come in effective communication that
disturb and distort in understand information of others.
Following barriers like: -
linguistic barriers: - language barrier is very major
barrier in communication because many different region has
different language so that create barrier in understand
language. Every Employees has own linguistic skill at same
workplace so director has to face difficulty in promotion of
new resort due to this barrier.
Psychological barrier: - different types of mental and
physiological issues present in every people like fear, speech,
disorder, phobia and depression. So due to this issue they
cannot do effective communication and it create barrier.

Many barriers present in communication but for overcome of these
barriers many strategies are also can use by receiver and giver of
information.
Use of simple language: - in business members and management
has need to use simple and common language that they use simple and
clear words. So it helps in understand communication of others.
Simple organizational structure: - organization structure
always being simple not be complex that means hierarchical levels do
not present majorly because that thing create confusion. If less levels
pest in business so effective communication flow between all members
of organization.

CONCLUSION
From above study it has been summarized that effective
communication is important for business. That thing helps in
understand information of each other. Many barriers come in
communication like language problem, fear, phobia etc.
