Communication plays an important role in every
organization to send message in an appropriate
manner and addressing barriers and some strategies
to overcome from this. In the context of Mr. Fishy,
a fish and chips restaurant in Borough, London. It
has 20 employees as a full time and part time
positions, they all are belongs to different cultures
and age groups and worked together but the
expectations are differ from each other. There is
need to be implementing such policies to reduce the
communication barriers.
It includes the noise, distance, bad hearing, insufficient
equipment, speech, poor eyesight etc. create a obstacle
in the appropriate communication. These barriers are
impacts on the receiver's state of mind and creates
conflicts at company's workplace.

exchange of information between two entities. There
are many reasons why interpersonal communication
