Canadian business environment. The major communicational issues that are faced by the people
working in the Canadian business environment is the barrier to the language that is used to the

The major barriers that are found within the major business environments refer to the
interpersonal communication among the employees as well as the communication among the
members who have been serving at the different hierarchical levels within the organization. The
organizations further face communication issues while interacting among the various
departments within the same organization. The Canadian business environment faces these issues
majorly due to the existence of a multicultural state and thus is known to have been a melting pot
for the people who belong to different cultures (Kelman, 2018). This affects the linguistic factor
within the communication as well. The people who have been belonging to different linguistic
groups tend to deal with the difficulties in the mode of communication as is faced by the people
involved in the several business organizations.
The linguistic barriers that are present within the Canadian workplace behavior tends to
be raised from the difference raised due to the linguistic backgrounds that the concerned
employees belong to. These issues that are present within the internal communications within the
organizations featuring within the Canadian business environment. The linguistic issues that are
faced by the workplaces have been known to have been affecting the productivity as well as the
proper functioning of the concerned business organization. The employers within the various
organizations tend to implement the factors like using different languages to communicate
effectively with certain employees who have been belonging to the different linguistic

The linguistic issues within the territorial boundaries tend to face an increase due to the
fact that the state in discussion, Canada is known to have been arising from the bilingual status of
the Canadian provinces. The linguistic diversity within the given political state has led to the
conditions wherein the people who have been serving the concerned organizations (Meuter et al.,
2015). The diversity within the linguistic factors tend to deal with the aggravation of the issues
arising from the diverse workforce belonging to the various different cultural backgrounds
(Allan, 2016). This in turn helps in the increment of the diversity within the given organization
but leads to the various issues like those that are faced by the organizational workforce in terms
of the social and the linguistic factors.
Thus, in conclusion, it might be stated that the organizations that have been featuring
within the Canadian territories should look into the issues that are presented due to the linguistic
barriers. The business organizations should tend to implement a proper communicating language
that is understandable by the workforce of the company.
