communication barrier where bus driver is not able to
communicate with any of the passenger in a polite way.

take feedback from customers and drivers it is easy
for green bus and other companies in generating
effective results at bad conditions. This refers with
better communication it is easy for management to
gain long term results.

to overcome from attitude communication barrier.
Moreover, it also helps to develop positive relations
with customers. So the major concern to deal with
attitude barrier is to deal with feedback with
constructive approach for increasing customer’s

reduction of noise are effective strategy which helps
driver to understand language of customers.
Moreover, with right training of English classes it is
easy to understand view and perception of

Culture refers to those factor and aspect which are followed by
society and individuals of a country. In context of UK,
government is open for adoption of new residents due to which
people from different culture are situated in South East.
Moreover, it also refers that if persons belong and follow similar
culture then it is easy to communicate. So green bus provides
training and development to its workforce for communicating
and dealing with global customers.
