awareness. The main reason behind it is to decrease communication problems.
All individuals are not from the same culture and don’t have the same point of
view. So, with respect to this it is very important to get aware about their
customers culture and do communication on the basis of that only. During the
phase of online shopping also cultural awareness is important because it
creates a direct impact on all customers. There may be differences that can
occur in business and due to this it create an impact on their customer
preferences of buying products. As the organization has planned to update a
new website so it is crucial for them to properly understand about customer’s

concerned. As lockdown happened so they don’t have any need to
buy clothes. So, something for everyone also had to face all such
barriers and it became important for them to do effective business

information between people within and outside the organization.
It is crucial for a business in relation with making plans,
executing decisions and so on. With the help of effective business
communication a company helps in enhancing the goodwill of
organization. Business communication is considered as the
formal means of communicating with each other like in the form
of group discussions, meetings and so on. With the help of good
level of communication it improves business performance and at
the same point of time enhances better employee engagement.

product description contains poorly written tests and ineffective
images then customers may judge about the quality of specific
product. Due to this they may get confused as whether they
should purchase the product or not. In context with the

also had to face this challenge because proper communication
was not been done.

that get arise like technical problems, cultural problems and so on.
