transmitted to two or more persons with intent of creating shared understanding. The process
of communication includes the following:
Sender or communicator is the one who helps in initiating the conversation and it
helps in conceptualizing the entire idea that has to be conveyed to others
Encoding process is wherein there is usage of certain words or nonverbal kind of
techniques as to translate the information in an effectual manner
Once the encoding is done, the message is intended to be conveyed to the sender and
it can be written, oral or symbolic in nature
The sender chooses the medium wherein the message is conveyed to the recipient and

In order to remove the different kind of barriers of communication, proper steps have
to be ascertained in order to remove the different kind of barriers as this will help in solving

different steps that has to be undertaken by the different organizations as to reduce the
ineffectiveness of the communication among the different employees are as follows:
Proper clarity in the ideas before communication is essential in nature among
different employees in the respective company as this will help them in making the
