OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
Communication is the process in which the
information transfer from one place to another place. It
helps in sharing important information or data in an
organisation which can be helpful in performing different
business activities.
In Sport Love, HR director has observed poor
communication among the staff which is negatively
affecting customer experience. The barriers such as
language, lack of time and meetings are the main reasons
which are creating a communication gap in the
organisation.

Language- Language is the big agenda of the communication. It creates
barriers when people are from different religion, different countries and cities.
Lack of time- Lack of time is also the barrier of communication due to long

so, it serves as the barrier to communication.

conditions of individuals are changing as per change in times. Therefore, effect of
such changes has been reflected basically in communication behaviour of people.
