Business communication refers to
process in which information is
shared between people. Effective
communication helps in achieving
goals and objectives. The report
examines, pro-vaccination campaign
which was organised by government
to provide information to people
about vaccination (Ali and et.al.,
2021). There are different barriers
which has been identified by
government while communicating
with people. Government organise
campaign so that people can get
relevant information about
vaccination and this is beneficial for

There are different type of barriers
which affect communication among
people and government. Barriers
are:
Physical barrier – it means people
are not getting vaccination because
centres are far away and it is not
convenient for people and they
cannot go. Another issue which is
faced by people is they do not know
how to book a vaccine. Campaign is
organised by government so that
people can get correct information.
Emotional barrier – emotional
barrier refers to mental limitation
which prevents a person from open
communication. People are not
getting vaccinated because they are
having fear of getting vaccinated.
They are not trusting vaccine as
they think it has side effects. People
are scared because they think they
will get sick. People are not getting
vaccinated because they do not want
to be in touch with other people

media and they had made their
thoughts accordingly. It is important
to provide relevant information to
