Go Travel which is a travel company which is
mainly based in London and organise holidays for
Europeans. The manager of the organisation have
decided to open new offices in Europe. Currently
the company is receiving many complaints from the
side of customers. According to them staff is not
organised properly and there is no communication
between the offices. While interacting with
employee’s manager came to know that they avoid
contact with workforce from other countries
because of their insecurity about their language.
The manager have decided to implement new
policies to encourage staff to communicate
effectively.
There are various types of challenges and barriers
which are faced by individuals while communicating
with each other. All of them are as follows:

with the staff members on timely basis then it may

Language barriers: When staff members of a
company such as Go Travel are not from same culture
then they will speak different languages. Due to this
they may face problems to interact with each other. As
the employees of Go Travel are not able to
communicate with others from different countries
because English is not their first language therefore it is
resulting in problems for the organisation.
