vaccinated that could help to boost immunity power and keep away from Covid.
There is need to take preventive measure while contacting with people. The report
involves description about different barriers due to which people is not taking
vaccination.
In whole environment Pandemic arisen suddenly that has affected the health of
millions of people and still affecting. To reducing the impacts of covid,
government introduced vaccination that can help to provide safety and away from
diseases. Business communication is considered as process of sharing ideas and
information that helps to take a corrective action. This is important for companies
to have a good coordination so functions and performance can be increased. This
is important for individual to maintain clear communication and understand the
value of vaccine that can help to provide safety. It has seen that, many barriers
identified by government where people do not want to take vaccine that is

Physical barriers – This is related to physical awareness of people where they does
not have knowledge about booking a vaccine and thinks test centres are very far
that will be inconvenient to go. Due to this reason people is not taking vaccine and
spreading virus from one to another.
Emotional barriers – In this, people feel fear and get emotions to share
information that directly affects their working. In relation to Covid-19, people are
scared and do not believe in vaccination so that they don’t get vaccinate. Moreover,
they are worried to go centre, get test and keep contact with people while sharing or
explaining their views.
Attitudinal barriers – It has seen that sometimes people resistant to change
and feel it is risky that stops them to take right action. This fear arises in people
while taking vaccine as they think not having chances of getting Corona after
taking all precautions.
Information barriers This is important for each business concern and
government to provide right information about products and services. In
Pandemic environment no one is ensure about vaccination effects and also do
not know which vaccine needs to be taken. This create the lot of negative
publicity in media. Thus, it stop people to go centres and get vaccinated.
Cultural barriers – This is related to cultural aspects of people where
challenges arise while taking vaccine. In UK, people are not sure about their
English ability and nurses also give guidance in English that create the challenge
for people to get vaccination. Some cultures are more anxious about the vaccine
than others.
From the all above discussion it can be analysed that communication is
most important between people that can help to share information and reduce
misunderstanding. The government should be creating the awareness between
public about Covid by using right sources and channel of communication. This
can help to keep away people from Covid and taking right actions.
