organisation. The following report is based on an analysis and improvement in communication

an organisation. It is an effective and essential practice that is necessary for any business

Effective Listening : Listening is a crucial aspect of communication and it is essential for
Blossom Corners' employees to possess this skill in order to ensure effective communication
taking place within the company. However, it seems likely that within the institution, there is no
effective listening. As pointed out by Elena, people within the organisation talk too much. This
means that there are unnecessary information being communicated and thus, employees within
themselves are unable to understand point of view each other effectively.

Consideration : Another very important recommendation for the organisation is that
while information is being communicated regarding patient’s health, their meals and their
treatment, it is very important for me to effectively consider their patients, colleagues, seniors as
well as family members of their patients (Anders, 2016). This would build up trust and
transparency among patients towards the firm and appropriate quality treatment could be
assured. Moreover, employees at Blossom Corners must follow the recommendation to gather
support of patients and their family members during the whole treatment which includes their
