1. Introduction
It is extremely important and significant to implement an approach in a project, which could
be subsequently driven by a proper policy. This particular approach is termed as communication
plan that is quite useful as it gives efficient and fault less data or information to the team members
of a project. Any project team consists of several stakeholders, who all are responsible for making
the project successful and also for checking regular updates of the project work [2]. Relevant
communication channels are also selected for this process so that proper information is gained
without much complexity. The report analyses and assesses the current communication plan of a
project of an integrated public informatics system that is being proposed by the County Health
Department or CHD to improve public health. Several details will be provided here and proper
recommendation will also be given for future project.
2. Discussion
2.1 Assessment of Current Project Communication Plan of County Health Department
A proper and effective communication plan in being made by the project manager as it is
giving various important benefits or features that would be beneficial for both organization and

The most suitable and appropriate recommendation for the project of an integrated public
informatics system for futuristic projects only after including all the major stakeholders of a project
work would be utilization of informal communication [8]. The current plan of communication in this
specific project is extremely larger in size as it comprises of several stakeholders and messages that
are required to be used in the project are being analysed in a proper manner. Hence, apart from
using simpler processes, the project plan has become extremely complex and large in size. As the
main aspect is to communicate with the rest of the team members and notify them regarding
current project status and take proper feedback from the staff to know about their analysis of work.
The entire complexity of sharing project details will be decreased to a major level [5]. This type of
informal communication also provides their stakeholders with the core capability of discussing
regarding project ideas with their colleagues and supervisors directly.
2.4 Proper Justification for Recommendation Provided to Future Project
The recommendation of informal communication would be extremely effective and
appropriate for this particular project. One of the major reasons for this type of effectiveness is that
the stakeholders from several different sectors of the company will be obtaining knowledge about
the work of the project [7]. On the other hand, the communication plans that are extremely large
and complex, often are not completed on time and as per planned. As a result, project becomes
unsuccessful eventually. Moreover, the organizational members will have to make this complex

information can be interpreted to respective project stakeholders and all the staff could easily and
promptly become a major part of the project [3]. Furthermore, flexibility is also maintained in this
project as efficiency would be extremely high. This particular recommendation would even eradicate
any type of misinterpretation and confusion for information and data.

Hence, it can be concluded that the respective County Health Department or CHD have

management will have a capability of taking appropriate or correct decisions by involvement of
stakeholders in the project work. They have followed collaborative procedure for ensuring all
stakeholders are getting equal opportunity for sharing their ideas and this report has provided
proper recommendation after assessing current plan of communication.
