Physical barrier- A physical barrier of the
communication can be referred to the any
element or a physical component. That
occurs due to the distraction and noises from
anywhere in the classroom. The time also can
be the reason of the distraction because if
two people have not enough time to discuss
anything that would be the barrier for
students.
Financial barrier- Most of the colleges have
an underestimation about the students living
standards which can decreases students
interest of the students for coming to college.
These barriers basically occur from the
students who have low income background
and could not maintain their living standards.
Emotional barrier- An emotional barrier is
a psychic area that influences the others
actions and reactions which can clearly
prevent the communicating the feeling of
students (Bullock and et.al., 2019).
Emotional barrier can have related to the
anger also it automatically affects.

Listening barriers- Most of the students did

participating in the academic’s activities.
Some students had an extensive experience in
debating and some has not experience which
brings a barrier between them.

clear about their ideas in mind about what he
wanted to communicate and the questions

the interest of the listener (Mallen and et.al.,
2022). Students need to know about what
listener wants to listen and understands about
their thoughts not depends upon student’s
own thoughts.
Be aware of language, tone and content of
message- Students should know about the
language, because bad language and tone can
upset the feelings of the listener. The content
of message should be very clear in languages
with avoiding the unwanted words, such
words can create problem to proper
communication.
Follow up communication- To follow up the
communication the management should know
about the weaknesses of their own system.
That follow up helps system to know about
the informal and formal communication which
can releases the stress from students.
Be a good listener- It refers to the
communication where the students and their
listeners both have to be very good listener.
Both should know about each other’s
communication mind set which helps them to
listen with attention. Without the good ability
to understands and listen to communication
can easily misunderstood each other’s words.
