Concreate experience
Recently, I have participated in a group work that was based a charitable cause project,
and my project cause was “pandemic services”.
As we know that, this year 2020 is not appropriate for the human civilisation, because
from the beginning of this year to date, the whole world is suffering from the corona virus

Reflection observation
I have observed and learnt many new things while working in that charitable project.
Basically, when we all members groups started to freely work in the welfare of society,
then this factor was increased our levels of dignity, and was aware about one thing that,
there is nothing bigger than the humanity and moral values.
In the recent pandemic services project work, I have observed that, personal motivation and
inspirations are highly required to a person for working in the well-being of people and
society.
On the other side, I have observed that, no group work or team work can achieve its
different targets without using well-developed skills of communication.
