INTRODUCTION
Communication is referred as exchanging information to attain better understanding. The
collaborate is going to exchange information to advancing state of joint commodity.
Professional environment leads to work which is highly competent, respectful, mature as well as
accountable people work for mutual target. In this essay, the entity which is selected needs
special alliance which is committed national organisation for practice of disability addition for
public benefit law (Albejaidi and Nair, 2019). This work with a mission for maintain and create a
professional working environment for meeting diverse needs of service user group, especially for
children and adults with various learning disabilities.
First object of this project report is an essay which discuss multi agency working as well
as the way this support well being of service user group in addition to workers. This also discuss
essential collaborative working and the ways for becoming an effective team member. This also
includes that how care worker will support user services form effective collaboration and
communication. Other task of this project reflects the critical incidents where abilities for goods
transferring practice to other were demonstrated.

1. Describe your understanding of multi-agency working and how this can support the well-being
of the service user group and staff
Multi-agency working is known as an effective way which support people in additional
assistance and requirements for securing improvement in results of life. This offers larger
perspective which emphasis for working practice. This contributes to prevent addition for early
intervention service which address some risks of cross cutting factors contributes as service user
group.
This will carry out operations for organisation in order to deliver important service to
people with different health and social needs. Efficient multi agency working is essential
challenge in regular work which takes huge time and results as conflict. Special alliance needs
does multi agency working which bring practitioners together through some sector which
provide integrated aspects for supporting children and adults with profound disabilities of
learning. This includes people whose work or job makes them contribute for fulfilling need of

social care. Working in a collaboration needs trust, tolerance and self-awareness in professional
and staff to co-ordinate efforts to deliver required services which needs special user groups.
Multi agency working support service user group for well being as well as workers from
providing the responses and good communication which put process for making this easy for
delivering services which meet different needs. As per service the user group which are children
and adults having learning disabilities, multi-agency working which is supported by fostering
positive relation in professional and service user group on basis of trust addition for shared
response. As example, special needs alliance support well being of individual with adverse wants
by relationship maintaining with them for understand type of care and deliver them on time with
responsibility for assisting them as fulfilling the needs (Aslan, 2021). For adult and children with
multiple learning disabilities, fostering relationship support for improving life and prevents them
to go in residential care as an adult.
The group of service user mainly children and adults with different learning disabilities
were supported through multi agency working from being an advocate for them. For an instance,
professional as special needs alliance embrace role as a proactive parent in addition to
communicate with other in behalf of service user group. Multi agency work focus on an action
which act to influence outweighs on all others. From this, practitioners for special needs alliance
approach learning service group of user made same actions.
Human resources or staff are main aspects in effective multi agency working. As per staff
of special needs alliance, the well being were supported through allowing staff as flexibility
component in working hour, decision making and practices. Minimisation of staggered working
pattern which keeps working flexible act as an strategy used through an entity for supporting
workforce well being. Not physical well being will be essential for an worker, but also support
mental well being for staff through making recognition in addition for praising a part for
organisation culture. Recognition of workers is an good initiative which is undertaken through
manager of special need alliance to recognise and praise efforts and achievements of staff which
make feel emotionally connected to an enterprise and peer which make positive working
environment. Staff members were included in multi-agency working and empowered as
recognition which increases frequently with well being as all.

integrated services of care to service user group with multiple learning disabilities. It also
develops more and stronger united voice, makes sharing knowledge addition to information
productive among staff.
For supporting service user group, collaborative working is important as it enhances
creativity, innovation along with perspectives. While supporting adults and children with

members begin carrying out operations well together, they undoubtedly advance a sense of

group. It heightens engagement level that improves productivity. As members of team gain
headway with allotted work or practices in collaboration, they find themselves more encourages

communication becomes simple. It is responsibility of professionals managing collaborative
working to report progress together with uncertainties in need fulfilment. With individuals in
charge of separate care to service user group, they are able to provide more insights and assist in
relaying information concisely.

required to bring transparency in the working system. It makes an individual more focused and
disciplined towards their work (Fuchshuber and Greif, 2022). Effective communication is a key
of success as it shows individual's personality in a society. However, it is important for the health
care management to inspire and encourage each other so that they can reduce stress and anxiety
at workplace. It build strong among the people and develop and trust and faith on each other.
The Health care service is sensitive subject which requires health concern to address the health
issue and it can be possible through sharing strong bond with them in order to reduce their pain.
It enhance the verbal and non verbal communication between the people. The health sector is

management of appropriate environment for work. Academic skills plays a great role in
developing the sense of responsibility for health service people which may also enhance the
grasping or learning power of the workforce in order to develop the feeling of understanding for
the needy people in area of health services (Jensen and Bonde, 2018). The present situation helps
in dealing with management of different stages in consideration of parents and children for
delivery of their services. The experience of good or bad services will help in evaluating the
factor of management of work in health service. Service group helps in determining the skills of
business group in relation to safety factors of the company. These safety factors include
accommodation, health of individual for recognition of their skills in the industry of business.
The management of creative thinking with practice of improvement of heath of persons helps in
evaluating different health care policies such as MASH, ECM etc. Individuals who belong to
different backgrounds in a team helps in determining current knowledge factors. The factor of
current knowledge is very important for the individuals for taking important decisions in the
situation of urgency which may further help in decreasing the challenges in field of business.
This factor helps to recognise situation with a different perspective in order to present
information in an effective manner. The tasks performed by the management is dealt by use of

In references to the area of service sector, I feel that there must be proper usage of
communication and collaboration factors for better understanding of health industry in relation to
care of individuals in health service sector. The use of requires and appropriate skills is very
essential in understanding the different dynamics of health industry in a proper manner. Firstly,
there must be use of effective skills for use of software and technology for practical execution of
policy in an appropriate manner. Secondly, there must be understanding of Tuckman model in
order to formulate teams and understand the collaborative factor of learning outcome with its
importance. Lastly, the learning that may be beneficial for motivation of individuals is the
effective use of communication skills which may help in performing the work in an appropriate
manner in an organisation. The performance of activities of individuals can be enhanced by
boost in their confidence which is an effective skill for systematic management of work in an
organisation (Marutha, 2019). This is a very effective skill in order to engage the team members
by imbibing the quality of teamwork which may help in influencing the individuals in an
effective manner. However, it is important for an employee to possess desired skills and
knowledge to meet the right position of an organisation. It will enhance the overall personality
of an individual which ensures personal and professional growth. Another important skill is
confidence that helps me to present my views, thoughts, expressions and feelings before others.
It makes me more interactive with the my colleagues and patients in order to understand their
heath problems from a different perspective. This skill is very essential to convey information of
health related issues in order cure them in an appropriate manner. On the other side, the skills of
problem solving helps in understanding the issues of people in health service industry in order to
provide the appropriate care, medication and support for the related problem. The skills of
multiple tasking is also analysed with effective enforcement of management of different tasks in
a smooth manner for proper execution of services enrolled upon them. I analyse the various skill
that are quite challenging for me in the health sector but I tries to overcome in order to achieve
personal growth (Reitz and Scaffa, 2020). These set of skill will definitely ensure me great
success at workplace . The time management skill are also beneficial to accomplish the work on
time in order to avoid delay. It helps me to reduce stress and anxiety. However, skills and
knowledge is part of an individual make me different from others.

skills to manage and coordinate the various activities among the group of people. It helps to
accomplish the goal of an organisation. Dedicated employees always contributes in success of an
organisation. Effective communication helps to sustained growth and development of health

the efficiency of employees to attain objective of an organisation. It supports team work and
