short period of time. Also due to that I am able to enhance my skills and knowledge for dealing
with the forthcoming peoples. Apart from that I can share my ideas our opinion with the other
that help in resolving the issues in effective time. Along with that I observe that for delivering

instruction and guidelines to them. For determination of effective communication I have option
to monitor the performance of the people and their observation. During the completion of task
one I have observes that the professionals are the essentials elements of the organisation so it is

lack of some skills which I need to improve for the further development of my professional as
well as personal personality. According to the good practices I needed to focus on the habits of
delivering clarity to the people because the clarity of words or the objective encourage the people
to improve their ability of working in order to accomplish the objective of the organisation or
the group in the right way. For that I needed to build trust among the people with the assistance
of transparency. The trans Percy clarify the minds of the people and reduces the stress of the

requirement. Along with that for becoming the special in the particular department I need to take
