As in mid 19th century, health & social services perform their work together in order to
reduce poverty within England. In year of 1980 during that year, the foundation related to multi-
agency partnership performs their work together during the period of time.
The professional which is belong from diverse disciplines in order to perform their work together
in order to achieve particular goal and objective in timely manner (Alsharo, Gregg and Ramirez,
2017). It is necessary for professional to provide training and also provide support to staff from
another agency but the main focus is on finance and delivery of services remain within single
agency as well services at separate with less coordination. It is regarding providing seamless
response to its individual person along with multiple requirements. It can be determined as a part
of multidisciplinary team or on basis of ad hoc. In addition to this, it is determined as a service
that multi-agency working and focuses on unique contribution or efforts to preventive
interventions services because it is assess that it is determined as appropriate method of
addressing cross-cutting factor that provide contribution to achieve outcome or results for
children as well as young people. In addition to this, multi-agency working focuses on
performing work together with practitioner from diverse sector & profession to offer integrated
method of working to provide support to children and young people & family. It is determined as
a method of working that makes children as well as young people who require additional or extra
support that increases direct impact on right professional between them (Anders, 2016). It
include plan and also provide coordinated facility that provide response to children and to the
young individual person. The changing requirements of joint working are determined where
profession perform the work in more than one agency and perform work together on a specific
project during the period of time. The focus is on bringing together with practitioner from
diverse and professional to perform their work in an integrated way of providing support to
children and its family. Team members will provide information and support to each other so
that children required addressing it in an appropriate manner. For example, the multi agency
working panel perform their work different children and also with young people. The primary

value & principal of appropriate multi-agency working focuses on developing a culture of
providing response well and placing individual person in serving at heart all we do. In improving
value & its principal, it is necessary to focus is on incorporating work together in an appropriate

perform their work with individual person during the period of time and also foster favourable
relationship among professional and individual person that is depend on trust, transparency as
well as shared responsibility & also generate a space in which professional person can hold each

decisions during the period of time. They also focuses on providing safety to individual person
that is determined as main thing that is performed by multi-agency working, therefore it is

Collaboration in workplace must be consider that subordinate idea, experience as well as

Collaboration creates knowledge and let every team member to increase their
understanding regarding their role. Therefore, there are different kinds of reason that is necessary
for having collaborative team. The member of team performs their work in collaboration with
one another so that they focus on growing opportunity to learn from one another success as well
as failure. It is determined as a organisation approach in respect of learning thing, the
organisation focuses on achieving goal in timely manner and they are focusing on reaching set
target during the period of time at workplace. In addition to this, the collaboration signifies
bringing talented person together, making full of diverse knowledge than more experienced
individual person perform their work together will useful in solving the problem in better
manner. There are different kind of background that provide chances & opportunity in order to
learn from one another success & also from its failure so that they focus is on understanding one
another in different areas so that they can perform work in organisation for achieving result &
outcomes was against expectation then it is necessary to resolve them in order to achieve it in
timely manner. It is necessary for business organisation to use different kind of tool of
collaboration is brainstorming that assists team member to perform their work together on basic
platform and offer different kind of solution during the period of time. They also provide
member of team equal to chances in order to participate and also communicating its ideas in
better way. Therefore, they perform their work together and every member of team focuses on
taking equal participation & every member of team provide superior input and possess specific
ideas and also assess better solution to different problem of project in timely manner. The
appropriate collaboration of team makes all tasks easy and overcome from obstacle that is
helpful in accomplishing goal and objective during the period of time (Chugh and Ruhi, 2018).
Team collaboration is important in increasing creativity and its performance during the
period of time. In addition to this, it is necessary to have collaboration within team in order to
reduce stress and build skill during the period of time. Collaboration within team take into

manner. They are focusing on achieving goal in timely manager. There are different kind of

It is analysed by me that it is necessary to transfer good practices with an integrated care at
international level. It is also analysed through different kind of steps that must be followed
during the period of time which is given like select good practices related to strategic interest it is
necessary for the carer to provide good practices related to strategic interest in order to perform
their work in an appropriate manner. The primal aim and objective is to decrease hospitalization
as well as re-hospitalization to increase quality related to care for its patient at home. In addition
to this, it is necessary to provide appropriate services to selected patients that they perform their
work in an appropriate manner. In assistance of this, it is necessary to assess the requirement of
good practices using is SCIROCCO tools and techniques to understand the feature in an
appropriate manner that is helpful in performing different work in proper way. It is necessary to
assess readiness of health care system by using this tool & it is necessary to understand how
much local atmosphere is for using this tool in order to provide different kind of services during
the period of time. It is also assessed by me that there is a need of SCIROCCO in order to assess
feasibility of transfer of good practices during the period of time. Initiate twinning and coaching

I have different kind of skill that is helpful for me in transferring good practices to another
person during the particular phase time period. Thus, due to having a good analytical skill I have
focuses on understanding current regulation and adapting into new laws. In addition to this, I
have good communication skills that are helpful and appropriately communicating & convey
policy as well as procedure to another health professional in order to make sure the compliance
along with current or present regulation. In addition to this, due to having a good interpersonal
skill it helped me in discussing the problem & provides information to its professional or patients
during the particular phase of time period. It is also analysed that it is necessary to have a
technical skill in order to staying present in Healthcare Technological development in addition
with Data Analytics in order to classify it in an appropriate manner. It is also assess the strength
in assistance with weakness and finding safe alternative solution or method to resolve the
problem in an appropriate manner. Therefore, they focus is on coordinating with one another to
make appropriate collaboration during the time period.
The profound learning disability is when individual person have several disability related to
learning that imposes direct effect on capability to communicate and to be independent. In
assistance of this, they focus on serving different kind of difficulty related to seeing, hearing
speaking and in addition with moving. And, it is assess that it is necessary to keep up the child
and disability in order to clarify goal and offer innovative solution to them so that they execute
their work in an appropriate manner. It signifies that individual person along with profile
intellectual in addition with multiple disability requirement level that is support from another
person. There are diverse aspects related to living that is helpful in performing different work in
