The Practitioner plays an important role in the Natural Health Care as they take an important
decision for the key ensuring that the best health care services is been provided. These are
generally been practiced according to the modern medical practices. It is essential that the
practitioner should understand the basic principles and the various impacts made on the
clinical decision making. The main work of the Health Practitioner is to deliver the effective
health services within an ethical framework (Van et al., 2013). They play the role of taking
care of the patients or the clients as the first priority and to keep on practicing safely and
efficiently.
Answer 1.
Doing the social work is itself a profession that prides itself for the use of self. The concept is
basically implemented on the developing the secondary relationships. These relationships
can generally involve the legitimate interactions which have some ethical consequences.
The Ethical issues in terms of the professional boundaries are very common and complex in
nature. It is necessary to make the concern on the dual relationships on the primary basis as
they can hurt the clients because, it directly affects to the profession and to the social
workers (Mossialos et al., 2015). The issues are raised due to the exploitation and
destructive to the dual relationships.
 Identification and Assess to the key issues around maintaining the
professional boundaries and dual relationships for the natural health
practitioners- It is essential to identify the issues being faced so as to classify the
limitations, gaps and weakness to the assumptions been made. Exploring is needed
in the Health and Safety Practitioners to avoid the issues in the health care:
 Confidentiality- It is essential to maintain the confidentiality between the
ethical and to the legal issues, by managing important information of the
patient safe and secured, it is the general way of showing the respect towards
the person’s autonomy and sharing the important details of the patient can

create harm to the patient. There are appropriate laws for the specific
information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. It
specifically define, the information is been released and to whom it is been
shared. Accessing to the issue regarding the Confidentiality and the Health
Care Professional, generally it prefer the laws and break the confidentiality so
as to prevent and overcome from the harm.
 Relationships- The relationship should be cured, from harm and it is
prohibited by the medical, health care and the nursing for code of Ethics.
These kinds of issues are always considered seriously for making appropriate
actions and can generally lead to the eviction, from the profession and losing
the license for practicing. The assessment is made to train them for
maintaining the healthy status with the patient so as to avoid any such
nuisance created with the patients (Woollard, 2015).
 Identify and assess the key issues for the practitioner raised by the case study

 The Ethical issues were raised, regarding to engaging in the dual relationships and

legitimate interactions that are unplanned and unintentional, but still comprises to the

they hurt the profession and other social workers (Skovholt & Trotter, 2014).

 Practitioners Ethical Responsibilities for the use of Social Responsibilities
The Ethical Responsibilities by the practitioners have the sufficient understanding of the
Ethical codes, towards the social media. Generally, the Practitioners have the mind-set that
the Social Media activity can build the impression and the limitations between the personal
and in professional life; they are much concerned, about the potential impacts and the
activities being performed.
1. Confidentiality- The Practitioners should learn and maintain the primary obligation
to maintain the confidentiality with the client i.e. the information which is to be
protected and confidential should be stored and safe in data warehouse.
2. Testimonials- Practitioners avoid pleading with the clients about the testimonials or
the other activities that are vulnerable for influencing excessively (Grajales et al.,
2014).
3. Informed Consent- Generally, the practitioners conduct any counselling or therapy
via electronic medium, the personnel accessing to the services for the initial
treatment. It mainly includes the involvement of the third parties, fees regarding to the
treatment and limits of the confidentiality. Client should have the opportunity to ask
for the services.
4. Initiating Professional Relationships- Practitioners are aware about the
confidential relationships are not the part of the public and they make efforts for
minimizing the intrusions. They make efforts to create a channel for the conversation
to a private forum example Facebook, Twitter, etc. without seeking attention that they
have been contact for the professional services (Purtilo & Doherty, 2015).

 The Health Care Practitioners prefer to shape the health care workforce,
implementing the health information technology and the applications. It is essential,
to maintain the health care quality and safety. The E- technology for the health
technology has the major impacts:
1. Managing, Transmitting and Storing of the data.
2. Clinical Decision support.
3. Easing care from the distance (Antheunis et al., 2013).
 ‘Slippery slope’ argument- It can be state as, when the argument is been made to
have the main aspect in health or to the medical care generally, it is one side or the
other one invoking the slippery slope of the argument, towards the opposite one who
has made the argument. It is scary, as the thing might play an important role in
making decisions by the Supreme Court in the new health care law (Hall & Bobinski,
2014). It has the Medical Ethics or an Ethical continuum that has the main impact on
raising queries on the ethical edge.
Conclusion
The advice is made to the Health Care practitioners, to play an essential role in
ethical and social issues, deliberately. It is necessary, to have a concern about the
public health and their perspective engaging, with the evidence practices. It
generally, requires for having a careful consideration on the roles and
responsibilities, to preserve the confidentiality and privacy in terms of the social
media issues and latest technology implemented in the health care.
