INTRODUCTION
Students and professional who are working in corporate both are focused on their career
because there are ample numbers of skills plays major role to for success in future. The report is
about the communication skill which helps in future and focused on future as well as they
learned various skills and courses which helps to move forward in future. There are ample
numbers of university learned various courses for students so they have opportunity to learn and
not faced challenges in career (Jackson, 2016).

Description
I am good learner and learned various communication skill which helps in my
professional career. I have done my college study from deemed university so communication
skill is essential to learn for each student because it is part of study and it is ability to giving and
receiving different kinds of information in order to easily communication new ideas, feelings and
view. It includes listening, speaking, observing and empathising. There are ample numbers of
communication skill when I have learned in my college time so which are discussed below.
Active listening means playing vital role in communication skill or it is part of skills so I have
learned these skill because it is helps in professional career as well as developed personality. It is
skill which essential to learn because focusing on the speaker, avoiding distraction like cell
phones, laptops or other aspect. I am active listener because my co-worker is well-regarded and
pays attention. Friendliness is one of the communication skill and I have learned these skills
because they help to developed honesty, kindness, trust and understanding. These skill helps in
my professional career due to it is important in workplace relationship. I am working from others
so used positive approach in order to build positive relationship and make productive
relationship with both colleagues and mangers. Another communication skill is confidence
because these skills help to presenting idea in very attractive manner. I am very confident
towards my work because when I appearing in my interview processes so confidently reply to

the entire question with positive attitude.
Feelings
I have learned this kind of communication skill which felt that these skills are helped in
my career and professional life because always hard to know about as well perceived as
communicator. With the help of these skills develop my personality and I am ability to making
message as easy to consume as possible reduces the chance of misunderstanding as well as easily
achieving my goals and objectives. Instead of speaking long sentences, detailed sentences,
practice reducing my message to its core meaning. Easily understand my colleague’s feelings,
ideas, and goals in order to easily communicate them. For example, when I am in office so my
team members need help from other departments to get project started so they are not willing to
help and practising empathy help in order to message in such way addresses their apprehension.
At this time, I am assertive to reach my goals in order to grape the opportunity which related to
projects or resisting an idea so will be beneficial for me. While presenting with confidence is an
important part of the workplace and I have always be respectful in conversation. I feel these
when arises disagreement or conflict between my team members so it is easy to bring emotion
into my communication. It includes must be maintain consistent body language and keeping tone
of voice which help me to reach conclusion peacefully and productively (Sternberg, 2016).
Evaluation
This skill is not essential for job perspective but these also help in future because I am
use these skill in every step of the job search and on the job. I have learned different types of
communication skills because it is not use only job interview and beyond will required in future.
These skills plays very important role in my career and positive outcomes in order to well written
resume is demonstrate such as proper structured, free of spelling and grammar errors. I feel
these communications is important concept and some positive in my resume skills selection,
especially post calls for specific communication skills in the job description. My cover letter
developed a great opportunity in order to elaborate proper communication skills along with more
directly about how effectively I communicate here. I have to make my cover letter brief, well-
written, free of typos and spelling errors and tailored to the position applying for in future. I
preparing for my interview so the first most important steps is how to communicate in my
interview it includes presentation skills. It involves presenting my ideas, thoughts and view in
front of interviewing and displaying through body language. So evaluation my strength and

weaknesses and regularly practicing good habit, I can improve the way to communicate with
others.
Conclusion
I have conclude that communication skill is essential and various approaches are learned
to developed my career, there ample numbers of challenges is future but I accepted those
challenges and focused my today, tomorrow and future. I will plan for these challenges which
also helped in my professional career such as learned online course. I start to learned digital
marketing course because these is most important course due to essential to learned these for
future perspective. These courses are appeared in many universities because in present scenario it
is essential to learned because all things are online. There are ample number of skills which I can
plan to learn such as essay writing skills, presentation skills and many more.
Action
I prepared proper action plan which is applicable effectively after completion of my study.
Firstly I learned interview skill which is necessary to learn because day by day increasing
competition. Boost my confidence in order to presentable manner giving interview and avoid
such actions slouching or looking at my phone during the interview. Effectively evaluating my
strength and weaknesses accordingly plan the scheduled and identifying those areas which help
or boost my future as well as career (Allina, 2018).
.CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that, Knowledge and creativity both are
essential aspect of student as well as professional because it helps to developing career and
future. It includes various kinds of skills such as listening skulls, presentation skills and
interviewing skills all are essential and professional has faced so many challenges in career
related to skills, job and many more. On that basis they prepared action plan for future which
helps to avoid all these obstacles.
