consist discussion about method of communication along with their advantages and
disadvantages within heat industry.

Discuss methods of communication along with benefit and disadvantages within HEAT industry
Many method of communication are adopted by both large and small industry in order to
convey the message or information. Some of methods that is acquired by HEAT industry are as
follows:
One on one communication: While technology is rampant, face to face communication
becomes main method for passing information in business environment. This allows to interpret
the body language of sender as well as receiver can pic up on non verbal cues during
conversation. In which the key skill that is important in this is involvement in group project
which needs team efforts and compromise (Stebbins, 2018). In relevance to HEAT industry, it
plays vital role as the heat industry is related with the production of thermal energies and if any
message goes wrong then it tends to a huge loss within firm.
Advantage : It improves understanding and aid in developing solidify team as well as
build trust among co-workers. Additionally it provides instant feedback to sender as well as
improves confidence level of an individual.
Disadvantages: This is viable only for small industry not for large as it they have many
branches offices located at different places and even in different country. In context of heat
industry, this is not viable way of communication as it holds various number of firm at different
location (Johnson and Hackman, 2018).

this there will be chances of arising of conflict among team members and that ultimately brakes

is formed and that consist 10 -12 number of employees. In which some belong to Asia and
central America and perform their task on the basis of value collective consensus where as some
belong to Germany, America and put emphasis on independence of individual and that creates
