COMMUNICATION EFFECTIVENESS
INTRODUCTION
Effective communication plays a very important role by
which the message is delivered to the sender with hundred
percent accuracy in order to make the receiver understand
what has been sent by the sender(Suter. And et.al., 2019).
Here in the study Barriers and how to remover the barriers
are discussed in detail.
LO 2
Challenges which are common in communication and barriers to
the effective communication.
Failing to communicate means failing to deliver the
message to the receiver by the sender in exact manner. There are
various challenges and barriers to effective communication
which are explained in detail:
Use of jargon
If the manager of Mr. Fishy is using Jargon which are
very difficult to understand for the employees, then it will create
chaos among the employees. If the employees which are from
non Brexit do not understand the technical words which are used
by the Brits then it will lead to make them feel less motivated.
Language barriers
Language barriers are also the key factors which can
result in non-delivery of the message(Moscardo,2018).
Language barrier can be due to not speaking the common
language and different accent.
Nonverbal barriers
If the manager of Mr. Fishy is using facial and gestural
expression by which the employee is assuming yes no and no yes
then it can create disaster.
LO 6
Culture influence over communication as well as negotiation.
There is a great effect of culture over the communication as well
as negotiation which is due to which it is creating a great problem
between the Brits and the Brexit people. There are nations which are
having their own culture, their own language and their own way of
understanding things. Due to the cultural differences it can result in
negative way because even if the manager has said something good then it
can happen that the people of Brexit may have understood in other way.
For example, if the manager has studied in UK and is only aware of the
culture in UK. Now the manger is having its staff and the staff is from
various location then it can result difficulty to the managers in making the
employees understand (Halawah, 2015). So it is must for the leader that
the leader should know the culture of each and every employee working
in Mr. Fish in order to effectively convey the message without any harm
to the employees and their culture.
CONCLUSION
As per the study it is concluded that the manger must focus on areas
such as improving the language, improving the gestures and also
improving the style via which the message is delivered to the
employees of Brexit as well as Brits.

LO 3
Strategies for communication barrier overcome
For the Jorgon the manger must use the words which are
common between both of them and easy to understand.
For language barrier problems can be solved by speaking
common language and simple and understandable accent by the
manager. This will make the employees easily understand what
the manager is expressing and what the employees are
understanding. The manager must also take feedback from the
employees in order to find whether the employees have
understood the same thing the manager has said or not.
Avoid non-verbal expression and use language instead of
it, this will make the employees clearly understand what the
manager wants to make the employees understand. The manager
of Mr. Fish also if possible make the employees listen the
recording of what the manager has said for any further clearance.
