their major work is to prevent crime etc. Thus, these people work in welfare to satisfy the needs
of multiple and complex nature individuals (Regan, Laschinger and Wong, 2016). This project
stated about communication and collaboration in the field of management of professional
environment. Working across border is not an easy thing, it service provider may fail to deliver
best level of facilities when they operate in other countries and this can hamper well being of
community. This concern need to evaluate properly. Moreover, it will also state about
importance of collaboration in team environment with effectiveness of services provided by
multi agency team.
