care has been discussed. In this context, different theories and approaches of communication has
been discussed. Also, various skills that are required in the aspect of a social care organization. It
has been said that there are many strategies that are use to support the users of health and social
care services with specific communication. In addition to this, in this present report, it has also
been discussed that communication process is also influenced by various values and cultural
factors. Also. Legislation and codes of practice impact on the health and social care practices that
are been operated in social care home.

barriers like language and cultural barriers ,lack of understanding, inaccurate or incorrect
information, severe health conditions but we can overcome these barriers by following methods:-
By making changes in the environment- like adopting some advance methods by changing in the
environmental conditions of the hospitals for example lighting, good telephone services,
requirements related with patients, medical stores, guest rooms etc(Hewitt and Harris 2015). The
second barrier is language problem has been facing by the patients to overcome this situation by
working with people who understands language needs preferences and who may have sensory
impermanent s and disabilities . By developing the appropriate competency and adopting the
new methods of interaction to meet a variety of requirements can help to maintain or make
positive bondings or relationships with the patient and surroundings. Make sure you are speaking
very clearly, slowly and listen properly the message should be conveyed and delivered to you
means that the person whom you communication understands you like your voice is clear and
audible to him and vice versa, especially when working with the person has learning disability
about effectual interaction or communication it is concluded that communication plays a vital
