INTRODUCTION
In this documentation, we will discuss about to multiple communication skills which is
necessary for health and social care sector effectively. There must be positive communication
between service user and service provider in health and social care organisation to provide
effective services to their customers within the organisation efficiently. There are some inter-
personal skills of communication in healthcare take big impact upon to maximising quality of
services. Moreover, we will also discuss about to the necessity of information and technology
communication in health and social care organisations to terms of providing effective services in
rapid manner.

P 1.1 Apply a range of relevant communication theories to explain communication in healthcare
Communication is most essential part for each organisation and as well as health and
social organisations also needed for effective communication in their business in order to
effective use of their resources and instruments while service providing by health and social care
professional (Thompson, Parrott and Nussbaum, eds., 2011). There are several kinds of theories
that can be applied on the health and social care organisations which are as following:ï‚· Humanistic theory: This kind of theory is developed to support for human dignity
effectively and as well as self-awareness of persons in the organisation. This theory is
also based on the Maslow's theory of needs. Humanistic theory furnish some effective
techniques by which NHS England can make effective communication from each other in
the business.ï‚· Behaviourist theory: Behaviourist theory also could be useful for the business, it defines
the behaviour which is used when health and social care professionals provide their
efficient services to their services user in effective manner. Positive behaviour of
professionals assist to effective communicate each other while dealing their existing
services to their clients (Blais, 2015).

person within the firm and this theory major focus on development of each person

NHS England organisation's professionals need to utilise effective communication at
their workplace. Each health and social care service provider need to use of good communication
skill and some of their interpersonal skill to perform their task in effective role player in the firm

relocated to England for 3 years and now she is suffering from depression. NHS England health
and social care society needs to take care of Miss Gina as she has been relocated to the care
home for mental disability clinic, when as a health care professional I have been working. I need
to help her efficiently in order to better understand his issues and emotion which help me to
resolve their difficulties in effective manner. Well understand of Hindi language help me to
better communicate with Miss Gina and I would try my best to sent her for India to see her 3
children and her family and this activity help her to clear her depression level in effective way
and she will be able to feel happy after meet to her family and children in India.
