condition of the patients in order to respond to any circumstance in active manner and reduce the
possibility of any uncertainty and risk.
In the end, I would like to say that as a human being it is our responsibility to look out for each
other and ensure that people around us positive state of mind. I feel that we must contribute our
part by being kind, helpful and accepting to other individuals around us. People suffering from
profound learning disabilities and multiple learning disorders must be taken care of through the
implementation of significant approaches. We can also support them by being good to them and
making them contented in the learning environment as well as every day course of life.
one must exercise it at every given point of their lives in order to contribute towards a healthy
environment. I believe that leading an up close conversation with patients can be very helpful in
the determination of their emotional state.
I feel that in order to treat the patients in an improved manner, the care providers must feel
empathy towards the patient and be considerate towards the same. They must try and listen to the
patients concerns and queries and respond to them in a polite manner. In this way, they will be
able to build a good friendship with the patients and enhanced comfort can be exercised within
the social care setting. Also, listening ability is very necessary within the health care setting and
must be inculcated within the care providers so as to help them acquire effective insights about
the patients and their well-being.
As per my opinion, I came to know about the anxiety condition of my co-worker through my
constant strive in respect to enhance my respective awareness and assertiveness in the workplace.
I can say that I was able to identify that there is an underlying issue with a particular coworker as
I am an extremely alert person within the work setting. Hence, through my experience I can
suggest that care providers also need to showcase a high standard and degree of alertness within
the given setting. They need to be highly assertive in regard of their existing environment and the
condition of the patients in order to respond to any circumstance in active manner and reduce the
possibility of any uncertainty and risk.
