DESCRIPTION OF THE SETTING:
• conference rooms would be turned into training room
• Each of the department would have to send the nurses twice a week for the
training sessions
• training session on the other day would be about the disadvantage of power
struggle and affects both patient life and their nursing career (Taylor et al.,

• policy preparation would be done in the conference rooms only where the
