misinterpretation. Fun
activities are one of most
common method used in
the department while
dealing with the unsuitable
interpersonal
communication because
this method provide same
platform for all the
employees to work or
perform in a team. Fun
activities not only help in
building strong
communication among the
employees but also it is a
method, which is helpful in
releasing the stress from
the employees. Thus, fun
activities are also helpful
in marinating strong
relationship among the
participants. Therefore, it
will must conducted for the
patients also. It is the
responsibility of top-level
managers that they should
create a friendly and
rationale environment and
time to time must conduct
meeting and conferences to
overcome the
inappropriate
interpersonal
