This project aims to analyze the impact of ineffective communication processes on the workflow of a media production company, addressing questions about the aspects of effective communication, the impact of ineffective communication, and recommendations for improvement. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a questionnaire-based survey with a sample size of 50 employees from a media organization. Participants' anonymity and data confidentiality are prioritized through secure handling of both electronic and hard copies, and informed consent is obtained prior to data collection. The study also addresses ethical considerations for internet research, ensuring human participation is acknowledged, data is anonymized where appropriate, and informed consent is obtained. The findings are intended to contribute to a better understanding of communication strategies and their effects within media organizations.
