Methods to improve communication systems
At apple store, manager should bring some extent improvement in
the communication process. The manager should design the
methods in which he can bring up-gradation in the feedback
column at their website. Instead of just receiving the message, a
chat column should be introduced and a personnel should be
appointed who gives satisfactory reply to the customer (Bell, and
Smith, 2010). For improving the communication skills of the
customer service staff, the manager should conduct the training in
which the procedure is designed which will help the staff to

Implementation of improvement for
integration of communication systems
Improvements should be brought in order to ensure the
integration of communication system in the Apple Inc. For
instance, information of each and every customers is very
essential for the organisation. These information should not
be leaked to the competitors in any form. For this purpose,
finger print technology should be introduced to bring data
centralisation among the three levels of management only.
Only the manager's team can access the information of
customers (Binder, 2012). The stored data of customers
information cannot be leaked by any of the staff of the Apple
