INTRODUCTION
Communication is a very essential factor in the market which needs to be controlled in
the organization so that there is a better functioning. Business communication is going to help
the company to have a better functioning and operations in the market so that they can have a
market in which they get a competitive advantage. This report is going to consist of reflection on
the communication improvement and the factors which are associated with the organization.

REFLECTION
Description
I have observed from the presentation that there is a need for the organizations to
improve the functioning for themselves and that can be done easily when there is a better
communication in the company. The companies in the market are increasing in number which is
a great threat for any organization which is why they need to have a strong internal environment
in the organization so that they can have a better functioning and higher revenue generation
(Marabelli and Galliers, 2017).
Feeling
There were a lot of troubles which I faced while doing the presentation which is that there
had to be a clear vision which I had for this topic only then I would have been able to
communication this topic to the audience effectively. Similarly the businesses also have an
objective for themselves so that they can have a better functioning for themselves which is going
to help the company to have a better functioning for them. From this presentation and report I
have learned that it is very important that the group work is very essential because the work can
be completed on time which is very important and that is going to help the work to be completed
and the result will be successful for the group (MacCallum, 2019). The language and the visuals
of the presentation have to match the expectations of the audience so that there is a better
functioning which is a very essential factor. Time management is one of the learning I got from
communication is that everyone has a direction to function in and there is a better result and a
faster result since everyone is given work and they work on their strengths so that they can give
their best in the presentation. Strong communication got understand and a blind trust on one
another which made the results of the presentation even better because there was a lot of work
which was distributed equally to everyone and there was all fair treatment for everyone.

There are a lot of methods through which the organization can improve their
communication in the organization or have a strong communication which is going to match the
expectations of the customer. The organization should have a strong internal environment for
themselves which is going to make the company match their products quality and the services to
the customers which is a very essential factor for the company. The company works hard to
create a reputation and standard for themselves in the market which is a very essential factor for
them because only then the loyal customers are going to get attracted to the business. The part I
found successful in the presentation were that I could plan each and every step so that the
presentation should have a better result overall. There was a time limit I had in hand which had
to be accomplishing which is done on time and that is a great success for me during this
presentation. There were a lot of surveys I had conducted which is why I was able to have a
better functioning (Cathro, O'Kane and Gilbertson, 2017).
Analysis
The presentation was can be improved in a lot of ways because the data which I collected
was not justified by the presentation which is a very essential factor for me. I was not being able
to put my points forward as I have planned. I could have improved by factor by planning by
report in a better way which was focusing on the presentation factor and not a report as general.
There has to be a better communication in the group so that there is a better functioning so that
there is a better outlet of the information. The audience should feel satisfied and only the main
points which are required for the audience to memories are going to be put in the presentation
and other information is going to be explained by the group giving the presentation so that they
can show that they have done a better result on the topic.
