of the organisation with the help of different managerial meetings or house journals. It is
mainly performed for the commercial purposes and for the benefit of the organisation.

helps in effective negotiations between the employees and the managers of the
establishment and also helps to accomplish the goals. It is also important to maintain
suitable relationships among the employees and in turn increase the competence and
production of the workplace.

According to Adler, Rodman and Du (2016), communication is the process of
exchange of information between the sender and the receiver. The process of communication
is said to be successful when the person sending the message can effectively encode the
message so the receiver can decode it and decipher its meaning. A feedback from the receiver
back to the sender marks the communication to be effective. As stated by Richards (2014),
communication can be also defined as the transmission of thoughts and ideas along with
opinions from one person to another in an organisation.
